VEO 1-Year Limited Warranty

VEO warrants that your VEO device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the product’s instructions for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase from VEO or an authorized VEO retailer.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in:

• Materials

• Workmanship

• Manufacturing

The device must have been used normally and according to the instructions and intended use provided with the product.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Accidental damage, drops, or impact

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Use contrary to the product instructions

• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or servicing

• Use with unauthorized accessories or components

• Exposure to water or liquids beyond the product’s specified operating conditions

• Normal cosmetic wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper storage or transportation

• Loss or theft of the device

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

The warranty does not cover accessories or consumable components unless specifically stated in the product documentation.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact VEO Customer Care and provide:

1. Proof of purchase

2. Product name and/or model number

3. Serial number, if applicable

4. Description of the issue

5. Photos or video of the issue, if requested

VEO may request that the product be returned for evaluation before approving a warranty replacement.

Extend Your VEO Warranty

Every VEO product includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

For added peace of mind, you can purchase 2 additional years of warranty coverage for $49, extending your total coverage to three years from the original purchase date.
